Global Garage and Cafe Renovation:

Linda Howley provided consulting and Architectural services for the change in use from an existing retail space to 1700 SF restaurant kitchen and dining cafe.  The design included adding a fire wall to separate the cafe from the rest of the retail space as well as the renovation of an existing restroom to meet ADA requirements.
