Asian Palate

This project consisted of a gut, renovation, and change in use from a downtown business office to a 2300 SF restaurant kitchen and dining room.  The design included raising the ceilings and exposing the structure, providing a full commercial kitchen, and the renovation of existing restrooms to meet current ADA requirements. A central sushi bar was designed as the focal point of the restaurant with a blue wave hung from the ceiling providing lighting and ambiance.
